FAQ'S
How much does catering cost per person?
This price is very dependent on the menu you choose. The stand-up cocktail menus are the most cost-effective starting at $24 per person and the alternate sit down options are the most expensive starting at $50 per person.
How much extra are staff?
The staff are all worked out on a custom quote basis, this is dependant how long your wedding will be, whether the staff need to arrive and set up before the ceremony starts or they can arrive just before food service. Usually, we recommend staff are on-site for between 4-5 hours to include the setup and food service time. The Chef/supervisor is priced at $59 per hour and the waiters/bartenders are priced at $52 per hour. We will add these costs itemised in the quote for you.
What time do the staff arrive?
This is very dependant on the function but typically it is between 1 – 2 hours before you want the food served, depending on the set-up.
Will the staff set the tables?
Yes, of course, our staff can lay the cutlery on the tables and work around your favours and place settings.
Do you offer drinks?
We have 3 different drinks packages depending on the type of alcohol you like. The menus are available to download, they come included with glasses and all bar equipment.
Can I buy my own drinks and get a bartender and glasses as extra?
Yes, we can add on the bar staff, usually 1 person per 50 people. We also can add a dry bar which is all of the glasses and equipment needed without the alcohol. Bar staff are priced at $52 per hour.
Can we hire plates, cutlery, bar equipment, kitchen equipment?
We include a lot of equipment within our wedding packages, we can come completely self-sufficient with a makeshift pop up kitchen even including the marquee if needed, costs are all based on custom quotes.
Do you travel to regional areas?
We travel to regional areas in all states. In Victoria we travel everywhere from Melbourne, depending on the distance sometimes accommodation is required for the staff. Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide have a max of 90-minute travel limit. Extra travel charges apply depending on the distance.
